Our apartment is located in the heart of Montreal, in a neighbourhood considered by many as one of the coolest neighbourhood in North America. Often referred as « The Plateau », the Plateau Mont-Royal is Montreal’s most vibrant area for cultural, artistic and gastronomical activities.

Located three blocks east of the famous and historic St-Laurent Boulevard and five blocks west of the beautiful St-Denis Street, the 4450 de Bullion is a magnificent loft-style apartment on the ground floor of an artist house. From the moment you step out of the apartment, you are just a few steps away from Mt-Royal Avenue and less than five minutes walk to the Mt-Royal subway station. In spite of its proximity to the city animation, the 4450 de Bullion is a haven of quietness.
